Double Construction was inspired by the renovation and repair of an old stone and brick wall on my farm.  With some of the bricks missing, the decades-old sweeping mortar strokes were apparent .. you never know where inspiration will find you.  
 
Woven on a custom Canary wood base by Mr. Bobby Williams, Williams Family Mill, with three graduated widths of cane, a hand-sewn blackberry-dyed accent strip inside and out, and a classic double lashed rim, Double will hold your interest and might make you think of old walls in a new way.  Finished with shellac.
