Handformed and woven on a Red Oak base with three graduated widths of cane, the swirling waves are highlighted with the finest round reed.  The open weave and dramatic curves are made more apparent with a darkened interior base.  A classic rim of cane and doubled lashing tops off this incredible one of a kind piece.  Finished with shellac.
